The purpose of this course is to help food and nutrition services staff understand the survey process in long-term care facilities.
Objectives
After completion of this course, food and nutrition services staff will be able to:
- Define a standard survey.
- Recognize the other types of surveys.
- Explain why a survey is needed.
- Define F-Tag.
- Identify the F-Tags in the food and nutrition services department.
- Interpret the scope and severity grid
- Define PoC.
