ALL106 - Stress Management (1.0 HR)
Purpose: This course will instruct you on how to recognize stress and give you effective tips to cope with it and eliminate it. Objectives: Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to: 1-State how awfulizer statements can lead to stress and demonstrate how to combat them with rational alternatives. 2-Define how stress is actually a pattern that can be easily recognized. 3- State effective measures you can take to handle certain emotions, such as fear, and how to handle stress. 4- Understand some health consequences of untreated stress.
