ALL125 - Introduction to Person-Centered Care

This course teaches long-term care workers the basics of person-centered care. Through the instruction, health care workers will become familiar with the concept and how it applies to a long-term care setting; federal regulations; and how to build healthy, strong relationships with residents and their families.
Objectives
Upon completion, you will be able to:

- Explain the elements of person-centered care.
- Describe how to employ person-centered care for residents with dementia.
