MEM505 - Dementia Training: Activities for Persons with Dementia (1.0 HR)

Purpose: All staff working in the long term care setting will increase their knowledge and skills in caring for persons diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder. Objectives: 1. Describe and give examples of group and individual activities appropriate for persons with dementia; 2. Explain the significance of person centered activities for individuals with dementia.
