NUR108 - Atrial Fibrilation (1.5 HR)

Purpose: The nurse will better understand atrial fibrillation and how it can be treated and managed.
Objectives: 1. Define atrial fibrillation; 2. Explain the heart’s electrical system; 3. Discuss atrial fibrillation, including types of AF, causes, risk factors, signs and symptoms, and complications; 4. Explain diagnosis and treatment for AF; 5.
