For information about pricing, please contact Deb Martin debm@discovercesolutions.com.

How do I get my facility set up?

How do I log in?

To access your courses, go to www.discovercesolutions.com, put in your username and password (Remember, your password is case sensitive and must be at least five characters long), and click on the tab at the top of our portal page called “Courses.” Once there, your assignments will show and you can select which course you would like to take.

How do I know who will receive credit for the courses?

Once a user has registered on our site, we have a Reference Library available.  Within the Reference Library is a spreadsheet listing all of the courses we offer as well as the disciplines for which the credits are awarded, based on hours for discipline.

How do I reactivate a user?

If a user in the system tries to log in and fails three times, the system will automatically lock them out. At that time, only the Performance Manager can reactivate them. To do this, the Performance Manager will need to go into the individual’s profile (The person will be found by clicking the “Filter” button under “User Details” and changing the status to “All”). Once you do this you will be able to select the inactive user and re-enter in their password (which can be whatever it was before – no need to change it to something else) as well as change the “Status” field from inactive to active and click save.

How Do I Print an Employee's Certificate?

If you would like to print a copy of an employee’s certificate of completion, you would do this under the “User Details” tab in Performance Manager. Once there you would simply select the employee’s name and once their profile comes up, you can select “Certificate” in the lower right hand corner of the screen to access their certificates.

Why does my course status show incomplete when I have passed the test?

When you take any of our courses, you must do the following:

     1. Each and every slide must be visited within the course.

     2. The user must take and pass the test.

If one or more of these is not completed, the course WILL mark incomplete until the missing part of the course is completed.

Which internet browser is the most compatible with your system?

Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are the most compatible browsers with our learning platform. These browsers are designed to work more efficiently with multimedia websites such as ours. For a free and trusted download, use the following links to download either of these browsers.

Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Chrome: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

We do not recommend using Internet Explorer because Microsoft is no longer supporting many versions that browser, which creates compatibility issues with many programs including our authoring program.

You don't have a course that I need. What do I do about this?

If there is ever material you feel we are lacking or you need a course on a certain topic, let us know your request and we will investigate what we can provide to meet your need.
